Ho comprato un dispositivo di comunicazione skylink pagato la bellezza di 1000 euro che non ha mai funzionato. Il loro centralino è un muro di gomma completamente inutile. Dopo 3 mesi (dico 3 mesi) di mail e telefonate, finalmente mi danno l'indirizzo a cui spedire il componente. Ad oggi, dopo 6 mesi non mi hanno mai contattato. Ho chiamato decine e decine di volte, inviato mail su mail, tutto inutile. Se ne fregano!!! Al danno poi si è aggiunta anche la beffa: scopro che il dispositivo che mi hanno venduto lo hanno comprato i Cina per meno di 300 euro... ne ho ordinato 2 aspettando che si degnino di risponde.

Crazy expensive!

Unfortunately, my experience with Dronebase has been terrible. After a great start and daily communication, I purchased one of their "bespoke" products. It was FlyLink system to provide both video and telemetry. The video worked great, unfortunately, the telemetry was undocumented and when questioned support from DroneBase started to deteriorate. I was dealing directly with Fabio, I was told that they were themselves actively developing the product and would be releasing an update that would fix the issues and give the functionality that I was first promised. I then found out that they had simply rebranded an off the shelf RAK product and increased the price tenfold. Fine, as long as they are developing the firmware and adding value to the product I have no issue with that, that's business. Problem is that they are not developing the product and won't answer questions to help as they just don't have the expertise. So when challenged with this they went cold. Emails went unanswered, phone calls were not answered, messages were taken but never replied to. So now I have a 1000 euro purchase thats worth $150 sat on my desk, its good as a video sender but useless at what it was bought for. I am only writing here and in other places in the hope that Fabio will respond to me and do the right thing.

What is the resolution on the infrared sensor. Do you use a FLIR Vue 640 R as an option?

Lavoro eccellente. Mi piace il pannello photogrametric sotto l'idea base. Essi non devono essere il più grande per droni.

We purchased a gimbal earlier this year. It was shipped to the US weeks late, was missing parts and was not properly balanced. After shipping back to Italy it was returned late again and never worked properly. It drifts on all three axis, focus is terrible, there is no information/ manual as to how the transmitter is tuned... After stating all of these issues Fabio agreed to refund the purchase based on the return of the item...we have returned the gimbal and two months later he still has not given the money back. DroneBase does not produce a reliable product and literally robbed us. Almost $7000.00 USD I'll be happy to provide the emails to anyone interested.
